It was a very good opportunity during lockdown for me to loose weight at first I was about 100kg ( now I am 68kg), I really wanted to loose weight , I started cycling. I pedeled 25km both morning and evening, and I used to have ragi balls ,vegetables almost everything but only two times a day and didn't sit idle , I used to involve in one or the other things which helped to gradually to loose weight, I concentrated on my calorie intake and used to drink lemon tea..
